Craftsmen
A Craftsman does not work by a set of clearly defined instructions, but rather makes decisions as he goes. A craftsman never has a problem with attention because he is constantly interacting with the material at hand. His motions and the machine are in a kind of harmony. As the material changes, his thoughts and actions also change, which cause further change in the material. This process continues until at the exact moment that the Craftsman’s mind is at rest the material is right. Craftsmen do not have problems with Quality.
